Emmaus House

Emmaus House is a nonprofit organization providing shelter and assistance to women and children who are victims of domestic violence.  We are the only domestic violence shelter in San Benito County and have served over 1810 in need since opening in October 2006.

Our vision is to provide a safe harbor for women and their children seeking immediate relief form a threatening situation.  In a secure and child-friendly environment, trained and nurturing staff support and assist a woman with her immediate concerns for safey, shelter, food and clothing.  Emmuas House also has on-going resources and access to communities for women in a time of transition.
